But, my client instinctively knew their website was generic and didn’t reflect their unique approach and wisdom. They wanted to inject more of themself, not to mention use anecdotes from their book in their marketing strategies.
As part of a new online coaching program, they wanted to develop an email nurture sequence that was honest, transparent and resonated with their ideal customers. They wanted to use personal stories and insights in a conversational way that felt authentic and real.

Step 1: Online sessions where my client shared their dreams and plans.
Step 2: They then spent time answering a questionnaire I designed to help me understand who they are, what they offer, and how they are unique from competitors.
Step 3: I revamped their brand story to reflect who they are and most importantly, to resonate with the needs of their ideal customers.
Step 4: I created a 30-day email nurture sequence to drive investment in their Canadian coaching course package. Once a new lead opted-in (after downloading a pdf or on-demand video on the website), a sequence of automated emails was triggered which added value, shared unique insights and also “nurtured” them towards joining the coach’s community and hopefully prompted them to join the coaching program. The sequences value-adding theme: Concrete (marketing) steps you can take right now to keep business growing/on track.
