Is just ‘fine’ enough for you in business?
After burnout number 2 of my adult life, I’m finding my filters almost completely gone.
So, I’m calling it. Just doing business, just working to earn money, and just showing up at your job. I don’t feel like that’s going well for anyone.
“It's fine.”
“I’m fine.”
And maybe it is. But is “fine” really enough for you?
What I have learned is that you don’t have to change what you do. You just need to make sure you are making space for yourself while you work.
I’m not here to be your life coach. I am in the business of conscious marketing. Which is to connect your values to how you do business. And then tell the right people about it. What I know is that when you do that, you can create a brand narrative that is utterly unique and compelling.
I see it happening in my own life and with my clients everyday:
A highly successful C-suite who reclaimed their power when they started talking about being an introverted leader (and stopped trying to be an extrovert).
An amazing coach who took a leap and started telling people about their unique approach and now has a steady flow of amazing clients.
The business owner who started making personal connections when they shared their personal values and doubled their earnings.
Only scratching the surface of who you are and what you stand for in business is kind of part of our current culture. Right? We separate who we are at work from who we are at home.
If you’ve been ignoring a nagging feeling you can’t shake around your health, stress levels, and how you communicate who you are. Or if you’re totally burnout and ready to do things differently. What I’m suggesting is not a landslide change. Just a moment in your life where you stop and take stock, with me.
So you can build a brand narrative that truly connects with your audience and reflects the soul of the way you do business.
You might be thinking, Actually, I’m good with where it’s at—I don’t need a deep-dive into my story. If that’s the case, then that’s awesome! Not everyone needs a brand overhaul, and if your story feels aligned, more power to you.
